Pljeskavica

Pljeskavica is a traditional Balkan grilled meat patty, often compared to a burger but with a richer taste and aroma. It is usually made from a blend of beef, pork, and lamb, seasoned with garlic, paprika, and local spices. Served in flatbread ("somun" is highly recommended) with onions, ajvar, and kaymak, pljeskavica represents the true spirit of Balkan street food.
